AGS Return and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here are the details of our return and exchange policy:
Returns and Exchanges:
- You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to initiate a return and 7 days for an exchange or store credit.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the original condition you received them.
- If 48 hours have passed since your delivery, we are unable to offer a refund.
Approval Process:
- Once a return request is submitted, our team will review it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If a return is not approved, the item will be ineligible for a return, and we will communicate this decision to you promptly.
Return Shipping:
- Once return is confirmed, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label. This label simplifies the return process and ensures that you can send your item back to us at no additional cost. Simply print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
